rooms are very clean, they look renewed compared to the building. simple breakfast, good service and bed were comfortable. ill give it a 3 star hotel, very good value

Basic hotel with nice upgraded rooms. Comfortable bed, lots of usb and plugs easily accessible in room. Room was quiet. Had a ground floor so walk out door to parking lot which was handy. Breakfast was good but dining room was full so had to take back to room. Close to highway so great location if you are travelling.
I stayed in this hotel for a weekend and I was so pleased with my stay. My room was so clean and had a lot of space. There were a ton of great amenities as well like a microwave and a TV with a lot of channels available. The washroom was also super clean. I was very happy with the free breakfast that was offered. A whole variety of different things, including hot foods like eggs and sausages. The location was great - a 10-minute walk to the St. Laurent Shopping Centre but separated enough that it's quiet at night. I had no issues with my stay here and would definitely book here again if I am in Ottawa.
I strongly recommend this place for long term visits. We booked 4 nights and it was really good. The beds had daily changes for us and they weren't all that bad. The bathroom was fine except the toilet ring was a bit small. it had a nice view and decent TV shows to watch. It also had a bunch of outlets to charge your devices. The elevator was really fast. We were on the third floor and from floor 1 to floor 3 is like 0.2 seconds. it's conveniently located next to a shopping mall 300 meters away to get food and supplies quickly. There was plenty of parking spaces and the breakfast was nice. There was a variety of classic breakfast foods and treats enough for long term visits. WelcomINNS really does live up to its name.

One of the best budget-friendly accommodation options in Ottawa. Good value for the price. The room was clean and spacious, water and coffee were refreshed daily, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was average but acceptable. Thank you. The location is about a 15–20 minute drive to downtown Ottawa, and there is a metro station within a 10-minute walking distance, which makes getting around quite convenient.
